Genesis has an ongoing ministry to our homeless friends in downtown Phoenix. Read what Stephanie has to say in her own words, about her experience as the coordinator for this local outreach.

"The Downtown Experience continues to capture our hearts. We travel to downtown Phoenix every other week each month and invite you to come along with us. The mood is changing for the people who live there. The opportunity to really connect with individuals one-on-one, to engage them in conversation about their lives and challenges, and to minister to their soul is making a difference. Our perception has changed drastically since we began this outreach ministry. The best experiences happen when the children assist in passing out snacks or drinks, with all the love they can give to the homeless. Please consider joining us in fellowship and fun. You won’t be sorry that you participated as you will be witnessing God moving among His people."

In addition to our local homeless outreach, we believe that God has called us to build a 25,000 square foot, multi-use facility that will double as our worship space and community center.
