At Genesis, we know it’s important to connect with others within our community more than just on Sunday mornings. Plus, our members and attenders come from all over the Phoenix metropolitan area. For these reasons Life Groups ministry was created.
What are Life Groups?
- Genesis Life Groups are typically made up of anywhere from 8-12 adults who get together two or three times a month, usually in an area close to your neighborhood.
- You’ll find real fellowship with laughter and tears and almost always food whether it’s sitting down to a prepared meal or a bring-your-own and share scenario.
- It’s connecting, living and sharing life together within a safe and accepting community.
- Being a part of and closely connected to your life group members allows you to find the encouragement and support you need to face the challenges of work, home, marriage, relationships, family, finances, etc.
- The goal and hope of any life group is for it to become your second family; one you can turn to in all life's ups and downs.
