Genesis is led by a leadership team of committed members (partners) plus our lead pastor, Pat Stark. The leadership team’s job is to support, guide and empower the staff and to keep the Genesis community focused on its vision. In the Genesis community at large, committed members (partners) are an important part of the decision making process at Genesis.
